Recovery Schedule

Our Program

Recovery Spot NY is a 3 day per week outpatient recovery program. We provide a combination of individual and group experiences focused on addressing problems related to Pain, Addiction and overall Mental Health. We utilize a combination of medical interventions, psychotherapies and holistic wellness activities in order to meet the client where they are. Our approach is logical and compassionate and we fully recognize that recovery is not a “one-size-fits-all“ idea, and that each individual is unique with different problems. Likewise, we believe that despite problems, all people possess strength and talents which can be extremely useful in recovery. Our program is owned and operated by licensed physicians who are dedicated to providing the highest level of clinical care. Our team also consists of Certified Recovery Coaches who provide invaluable Peer-To-Peer counseling in order to help people utilize the best recovery strategies here and now where they need it most.

MON:

11:15am – 12:45pm – Music/Creative Arts Development (Cody)
12:45pm – 1:15pm – Lunch
1:30pm – 2:15pm – DBT (Sue)
2:15pm – 3:30pm (Break)
3:30pm – 4:30pm Yoga (Murphy)

WED:

10:30amam – 12:00pm – Music/Creative Arts Development (Cody)
12:00pm – 1:00pm – Lunch
1:15pm – 2:15pm – Recovery Management/DBT (Patrick) (Sue)
2:30pm – 3:30pm Yoga (Murphy)

FRI:

11:15am – 12:45pm Music/Creative Arts Development (Cody)
12:45pm – 1:30pm Lunch
2:00pm – 3:00pm Relapse Prevention or DBT (Scott/Sue)
3:30pm – 4:30pm Yoga (Murphy)
