Recovery Schedule

The Recovery Spot offers an outpatient program up to five days per week. Our program is a combination of Medication Assisted Therapies (MAT), innovative group programming, and holistically-based wellness activities designed to address all facets of life. We tailor treatment in order to meet the client where they are. Our program is owned and operated by licensed physicians who are dedicated to providing the highest level of clinical care. In addition to medical evaluation and treatment, we feature innovative approaches that encompasses a variety of methods and tools to help achieve, maintain, and enhance recovery- including Virtual Reality, Neurofeedback, Yoga, Music/Art Therapy, Reiki, Nutrition, and Meditation.
Additionally, we are a New York State Dept of Health Certified Opioid Overdose Prevention Program, providing training, resources and Narcan to both the public and professionals. Through continued involvement in research and clinical trials, our doctors and therapists are on the forefront of the treatment landscape providing effective, evidence based solutions.

12:45pm – 1:15pm: Lunch
1:15pm – 2:15pm Group Experience
2:15pm – 3:00pm: Meditation (Dr. B)
3:30pm – 4:30pm: Yoga (Murphy)

TUESDAY:
10:00am -2:00pm: Individual Neurofeedback Sessions (45mins)
10:00am -2:00pm: Individual Rieki Sessions
10:00am -12:00pm: Group Experience
12:45pm-1:15pm: Lunch
2:00pm- 4:00pm: Artistic Expression

WEDNESDAY:
