ABOUT THE RECOVERY SPOT
Two leading physicians, Ramesh Sawhney, M.D., DABA and Scott Bienenfeld, M.D. have teamed up to open The Recovery Spot, a cutting edge center for the treatment of addiction, co-occurring psychiatric disorders and chronic pain. We specialize in using the latest Medication Assisted Treatments (MAT) combined with other therapeutic modalities in order to achieve sustainable recovery. We treat all forms of addiction, including problems with substances of abuse, gambling, sex, and technology addiction. The Recovery Spot offers a personalized outpatient program up to five days per week designed to treat the whole person.
At The Recovery Spot, we tailor treatment to meet the needs of each individual client. We believe that there are multiple paths to recovery and no singular treatment modality is necessarily the best. We believe that recovery is not possible with a “one-size-fits-all” model; we tailor care to meet the individual’s needs ‘where they’re at’.
We provide Medication Assisted Treatments (MAT) and evidence-based behavioral therapies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We also provide Neurofeedback, TMS, and other non-invasive holistic treatments to support the medical treatment. We specialize in treating people with addiction to substances including Opiates, Heroin, Alcohol, Cocaine, Crack, Benzodiazepines, Marijuana, Ecstacy, Stimulants, Prescription Medication, Psychedelics, and Synthetics. We also treat behavioral addictions such as Gambling, Technology, Compulsive Sexual Behavior and Food/Shopping problems.
